Competition Programme  

The film is about the Lithuanian homeless football team participating in the Homeless World Cup in Rio de Janeiro, 2010. The aim of the movie is to record the team's twisted path towards the championship: the tough training, preparation, and temptations. Together, we take a look at the lives of team members, their stories and reasons that led them to where they are now.

Kęstutis Gudavičius  

Kęstutis Gudavičius graduated in television and film directing from the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre in 2001. He worked as a television program director, later in advertising industry. Since 1998 he has been making short documentary and feature films. For him as a filmmaker, the core of his work is a captivating and appealing story through the help of which the painful phenomena of our times are being analyzed.
